Many of our carbon steel products must be media blasted and painted for corrosion protection prior to shipping.  Blasting is completed in accordance with our internal procedures, and meets the finish requirements of the Society of Protective Coatings (SSPC).  Painting is normally accomplished via a conventional spray system.

Carbon Steel Gear Box Base Plate.  Left is prior to blasting with mill scale present.  Middle is after blasting to an SP-10 (near white) finish.  Right is after coating with a two part epoxy paint.

Structural Steel Support Stand, blasted and painted with epoxy finish.

Crane Attachment Arm, blasted and finished with three coats of Safety Yellow epoxy paint.

12" Pressure Piping blasted and coated with a mio-aluminum paint.
