CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM .....

May 2005:  "We did have a few problems that were minor but needed to be fixed, the motor and gear plates had slag on them and were not cleaned off before epoxy coating which made the surface very ruff. Also, there were a couple of holes that were not drilled, and we were told that the epoxy coating did not look very good, not smooth, these problems were taken care of and also we know you were pushed for time and did deliver the product to us when we needed it which was much appreciated, all in all it worked out and the job was completed on time."
