Our forming capabilities are up to 27" in length with a
maximum plate thickness of 1/2" carbon steel.
Press generates 110 tons of pressure.
Punching capacity is 110 tons up to 1
1/2" diameter holes. We can also punch slots and
other miscellaneous shapes
High volume hole punching is done on our 45 ton
mechanical press.
Our bandsaw is an automatic cycle model, with capacity
up to 10" diameter. High volume parts in short
lengths can be processed quickly and economically with
the automatic cycle.
Our ironworker shear can process plate up to 24" wide
and angle iron up to 6"x6"x3/8" thick (carbon steel).
Round rods and small channel can be sheared as well.
We can roll plate up to 24" wide and
1/8" thick, down to a 3" radius. Thicker plates
(up to 1/4") can be rolled in narrower widths.
