Our Quality Assurance Program conforms to the requirements of 10CFR50 Appendix B, ANSI N45.2, 10CFR Part 71 G, 10CFR Part 72 H, and NQA-1 for non-code safety related items. Additionally, our program manual meets the requirements of ISO 9000–1994. We can fabricate or dedicate a wide range of safety related products according to your project requirements. You tell us the applicable standards, and we will fabricate accordingly. If you need commercial grade materials dedicated for nuclear service, specify the applicable standards and we will work with a qualified and audited testing laboratory to assure compliance.
Safety related computer and breaker mounting frames constructed of A500, Grade B square tubing and A-36 hot rolled steel. All welding procedures and welders qualified in accordance with ASME Section IX. Welds inspected and certified by a Certified Welding Inspector after fabrication. Frames sandblasted and epoxy painted after fabrication. Supplied with mounting hardware.
We have a program to dedicated commercial grade, metric and standard fasteners. A wide range of fasteners have been dedicated in accordance with ISO, DIN, ANSI, ASME and other standards.
Through dimensional, mechanical and chemistry testing, we can dedicate virtually any material for nuclear service. We have dedicated a wide range of structural steel, welding wire, hardware, DIN rails, and even RTV sealants.
