Every Organization has fundamental values that govern its actions and determine its approach to business.  We call these core values and ours are as follows:

3. Our Company is our people.  We believe that treating people with courtesy and respect is the only way to develop a productive, creative, and successful working environment.
4. Almost half of our waking hours are spent at work.  It must be a safe, comfortable, and fun place to be.
5. Work is important and provides a living for us.  But God and family come first.  We don't reverse this order when the work day starts.
6. Perfection is not reality.  It is our ability to minimize mistakes, and how we respond to them that really matters.
7. Our customers are our survival and will be treated accordingly.
8. Suppliers that share our values are critical to our success.
9. Our customer's commitments are based on our commitments, so we make them with care.  We do what we say we will do.
10. We are proud to be an American Manufacturer and support American made products whenever possible.
