The Reverse Osmosis process for purifying water has become a reliable, highly effective, cost efficient method for removing impurities from water.  We can offer complete Reverse Osmosis system design and fabrication, or alternatively, we can fabricate your system design.  Either way, you get our commitment to quality and guaranteed customer satisfaction.

The heart of any reverse osmosis system is the membranes.  Shown here is a large membrane vessel skid for a utility power generation ROSkid.JPG (39124 bytes)application.  The vessel skid is complete with inter-connecting piping and control, isolation and sampling valves.  In this particular design, the membrane pressure vessels are of FRP construction.  Modular construction of each skid means that only pipe routing between each individual skid is required in the field.

A cartridge filter skid can be supplied, skid mounted to provide removal of suspended particles in the reverse osmosis feed water. Filterskid.JPG (14745 bytes) Filters can vary in size and configuration, depending upon the specific design requirements.  Particles down to 1 micron in size can be removed, thus resulting in improved membrane performance and extended life.

Pump skids provide the necessary pressure and flow to feed raw Pumpskid.JPG (52626 bytes)water through the reverse osmosis membranes.  A pump skid can be supplied complete with pumps, control valves, instrumentation (flow meters, pH probes, pressure and temperature indicators and transmitters, and a control panel.

Reverse osmosis membranes must be cleaned occasionally to Tankskid.JPG (28730 bytes)achieve optimal performance and service life.   A cleaning skid, consisting of a chemical holding tank, feed pump, cartridge filters, and controls can facilitate the cleaning process.
